Haley Plaa RYT,

Haley has been dedicated to movement since she was a young child. Mindful movement became a part of her daily life in 2008 while she studied for her B.A. at the University of Victoria. Since then she has trained in hatha, moksha, vinyasa, yin, trauma sensitive yoga and thai massage. The last couple years of Haley’s practice have been dedicated to learning and enhancing her skills in Restorative touch for yoga, with multiple body work trainings and enrolled to continue developing her skills as a massage therapist. As a teacher she guides from a collection of all of her trainings, holding space with warmth, respect and knowledge.

Shalom Wiebe

A musician since she begged her parents to buy her a keyboard at the tender age of 4, Shalom has years of classical and folk training on various instruments. Her primary instrument is the Celtic harp, which she has played for over a decade, ever since her father built her a beautiful 36 string tara harp. Shalom has provided music for weddings, community choirs, concerts for parents and babies, community gatherings, memorial services, and senior's homes. A social worker by training, Shalom is interested in the therapeutic value of the arts and music. In that vein, she is currently pursuing training in harp therapy through the Harp for Healing program. As a harpist Shalom seeks to provide music that promotes peaceful relaxation to help restore a sense of well being, balance and calm to the body and spirit.
