Essential Low Back Program with Jools Andres

This 8-week series is for those who want to get serious about their low back pain!

You will learn proven techniques to relieve pain and restore health for your low back and:
- improve body awareness, posture, and balance
- develop the ability to move mindfully
- build strength and stability through sound core conditioning
- use breath consciously to relieve tension

Open to all - No yoga experience required!

PLEASE NOTE: The Essential Low Back Program is not a quick fix. It involves shifting long-term habits and helps set the foundation for personal improvement through expanding self-awareness and ongoing practice. Patience and persistence are key. Full attendance and regular practice ensure best results.

Jools holds a degree in depth psychology and is registered as E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Her training as a teacher and therapist includes extensive studies in physical anatomy and energetic systems, movement, advanced breathing techniques, pain care, and meditation / relaxation. Her classes are highly educational and motivational. She was certified in the highly acclaimed (US National Institute of Health) Essential Low Back Program with its creator, Robin Rothenberg, in Seattle in 2016. You can learn more at joolsandres.com
