Journey Inward: Restorative Yoga and Pranayama Breathing Exercises with Meghan Goodman

As we head towards the darkest part of the year, come enjoy a Sunday afternoon of gently unwinding with this online restorative yoga and breathing practice from the comfort of your own home. Drawing from B.K.S. Iyengar's system of teaching, this restorative workshop will offer a practice of supported yoga postures and pranayama breathing exercises that will help us to settle into quiet receptivity and relaxation. The workshop will be a great way to nourish the nervous system and prepare for a restful end to your weekend. All students are welcome.

If you cannot attend live, a recording of the class will be sent the following morning and remain available for three days afterward.

Please bring 2 blankets and a bolster, (or 3 blankets in lieu of a bolster; pillows may also work), a firm seated kitchen chair and a strap (or belt or scarf).


Sunday, December 13th: 2:00-3:30 pm. $35+tax before December 8th, $40+tax after.


Meghan Goodman is an Iyengar yoga instructor, professional dance artist, Pilates instructor and a mother of two young boys. Meghan began practicing yoga in 1998 and teaching in 2006. She discovered the Iyengar yoga practice in 2008, and with the guidance of senior teacher Louie Ettling, Meghan completed the Intro 2 teaching certification in 2013, and the Intermediate Junior 1 certification in 2017. Always a student, completed a Pilates Mat teacher training program with Darcy McMurray in February 2020, and continues practice with and learn from Senior Iyengar teachers in Vancouver and abroad.
Cancellation policy Refunds may be issued with a $10 processing fee before December 8th, 2020. No refunds will be issued after December 8th.
