Get deep into your breath and your body with this deeply relaxing Restorative Yin class. We will mix together gentle, supportive Restorative postures and with some propped-up Yin postures to gently stretch the hips, the back, and the legs. This practice can help reduce pain in the body, calm anxiety, and support internal functions like digestion, hormonal balance, and immune support.

Appropriate for everyone as long as you can sit and lie down on the floor, including those working with injuries, special concerns, or pregnancy, just let Julie know before class so we can work with any modifications we may need.
