Body/Mind Flow Complimentary Sample Class with Stephanie Trembath

Join Stephanie for a 60-minute class of movement, breath-work, and mindfulness. Slow and intentional, complete with use of props, hands-on-assists, and breath to accompany the opening of each pose. Students can expect some movement to get the heart rate up and blood flowing, guided meditation, and lots of breathwork to calm the nervous system and allow the body to be open to receive. All levels welcome and encouraged.

Stephanie took her 200-hour YTT under the direction and care of her teachers,Clara Roberts-Oss and Carolyn Anne Budgell. She had the pleasure of practicing with Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2018 where she studied the tenets of Jivamukti Yoga. She holds a 40-hour Vinyasa Certification where she studied Shiva Rae’s wave theory and advanced sequencing. Stephanie’s classes are sultry, creative, and thoughtful. She includes mantra, meditation, pranayama, and music, to bring of her favourite parts of the practice into her classes.
