Flow Yoga: Connect Body and Breath with Stephanie Trembath Complimentary Sample Class

This is a powerful flow class to get your body grooving and breathing. Stephanie will lead participants through a vinyasa sequence that focuses on opening and strengthening specific body parts to build toward a peak-pose. Intentional pranayama (breathwork), guided mantra and meditation may also be offered for students to develop their understanding and awareness of all the pieces that contribute to a nourishing yoga practice. Hands-on assists may be offered to help students feel more supported in the poses. All levels welcome.

Stephanie took her 200-hour YTT under the direction and care of her teachers,Clara Roberts-Oss and Carolyn Anne Budgell. She had the pleasure of practicing with Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2018 where she studied the tenets of Jivamukti Yoga. She holds a 40-hour Vinyasa Certification where she studied Shiva Rae’s wave theory and advanced sequencing. Stephanie’s classes are sultry, creative, and thoughtful. She includes mantra, meditation, pranayama, and music, to bring of her favourite parts of the practice into her classes.
