Are you feeling stressed? Freaked out? Triggered? Dealing with headaches, jaw pain, insomnia, or trouble digesting? Your system is in survival mode because we're in a crisis. That's okay, and there are plenty of things you can do to slow down, calm down, and feel a little better.

Join Julie Peters, owner of Ocean and Crow Yoga studio, for a brief talk on mindfulness skills during a tough time. We will also do a meditation or two together to help calm down right now. This talk will be open to everyone on Facebook Live, simply Like Ocean and Crow's Facebook page and tune in at 10am PDT (Vancouver time) on Monday, March 21st.

Julie has been practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years, and has been teaching for the last decade.
