In this all-levels hatha flow class, we focus on the breath as the primary source of movement in the body. We will move with our breath dynamically, exploring a range of yoga postures with options and modifications throughout. This is a nice class if you want to get moving and breathing without too much weight bearing on the hands, though there will be some options for adding challenge for those that want it. Towards the end of class, we will make our way down to the floor for longer held hip stretches, forward folds, and time for reflection.

She is trained in Flow, Restorative, and Yin yoga with training in pre- and post-natal.
