*Complimentary Sample* Virtual Moving Meditation Flow with Julie Peters (April 2020) ZOOM STUDIO

In this all-levels flow class, we focus on the breath as the primary source of movement in the body. We will move with our breath dynamically but gently, exploring a range of yoga postures with options and modifications throughout. We will explore a bit of challenge, but without too much weight bearing on the hands and arms (minimal downward dog). Towards the end of class, we will make our way down to the floor for longer held hip stretches, forward folds, and time for reflection.

This class is appropriate for beginners and those working with injuries and issues that would like to get moving, but with a gentler intention.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. You will be able to ask your teacher questions and let them know about injuries before class.

Thursday, April 2nd, 4:30-5:30pm PDT

*Complimentary sample classes first week of April only!
