*Complimentary Sample* Virtual Restorative Yin with Julie Peters (April 2020) ZOOM STUDIO

Free

Get deep into your breath and your body with this deeply relaxing Restorative Yin class. We will mix together gentle, supportive Restorative postures with some propped-up Yin postures to gently stretch the hips, the back, the neck, and the legs. This practice can help reduce pain in the body, calm anxiety, and support internal functions like digestion, hormonal balance, and immune support.

Appropriate for a wide range of bodies and experience levels, as long as you can lie down on the floor.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. You will be able to ask your teacher questions and let them know about injuries before class.

Thursday, April 2nd, 6:00-7:15pm PDT

*Complimentary sample classes first week of April only!

Unlimited Virtual Classroom Pass: $45+tax (April only; prices go up in May): https://oceanandcrow.pike13.com/pack_products/651408
