This all-levels class will provide a gentle stretch and strengthen for the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs. The focus will be calming the body and the mind through simple, accessible stretches to help keep you balanced, calm, and your body healthy. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. You will be able to ask your teacher questions and let them know about injuries before class.

Julie Peters (MA, E-RYT 500) has been practising yoga and meditation for over 20 years and runs Ocean and Crow Yoga with her mom, Jane. She is trained in Flow, Restorative, and Yin yoga with training in pre- and post-natal.
