*Complimentary Sample* Virtual Restorative with Julie Peters (April 2020) ZOOM STUDIO

Free

We practice being stressed often enough: we also need to practice rest. Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing form of yoga that can calm anxiety, improve digestion and immune function, and help us sleep. By supporting our bodies with props in restful positions for 5-10 minutes at a time, we practice mindful calm, a habit that can help us greatly in our day-to-day lives and encourage our internal healing capabilities.

This class is an excellent support for people working with injuries, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, insomnia, pregnancy, and many other human conditions, as long as resting quietly for long periods of time (5-10 minutes) is comfortable.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. You will be able to ask your teacher questions and let them know about injuries before class.

Sunday, April 5th, 12:00-1:15pm PDT via Zoom

*Complimentary sample classes first week of April only!
