*Complimentary Sample* Virtual Chair Yoga with Katie Blecker ZOOM STUDIO

This class explores a gentle and adaptive hatha yoga practice using both seated and standing postures with the assistance of a chair. Expect a mix of movements for strength, balance, and mobility designed to introduce you to a range of classic yoga postures with a chair. We’ll include some functional movement techniques to improve range of motion and stability through your joints. Classes may also include beginner-friendly breathwork and meditation techniques that you can bring into your daily life to promote stress-reduction and ease. We will not be getting up and down from the floor in this class, but a portion of each session will include supported standing and balancing work. Everyone is welcome. You’ll need a basic chair for this that has a back and no arms.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. You will be able to ask your teacher questions and let them know about injuries before class.
