Yoga to Heal the Nervous System with Nicole Marcia IN-PERSON CLASS

CAD$26.25 per classPurchase required to enroll

A regular yoga practice can increase flexibility and strength, improve balance, and enhance mental clarity. The techniques practiced in yoga can also strengthen the nervous system and help us to calm down, get grounded, and feel better in our day to day lives.

This series will focus on gentle, all-levels therapeutic movement practice. Students will learn body-based practices, to support nervous system regulation and resilience. This trauma-informed practice will emphasize internal experience, choice making & moving safely together. No hands-on adjustments. Beginners are welcome.

*You must register one day in advance of the class.
