Restorative Yoga: Rest, Heal, Reset with Julie (8 classes, Jan/Feb 2018)

Sundays, 12:00-1:15pm

8 classes: January 7th-February 25th. $136+tax before December 21st

Late registration (after December 21st) $152+tax

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class).

Julie Peters, MA, E-RYT 500, has been practising yoga for over 20 years. While it's certainly physically helpful, she has found its true secrets are in the tools it provides to help us live better lives. Julie, who is also a writer with an MA in English Literature, runs Ocean and Crow Yoga with her mom, Jane.
