Move, Chill, Reflect: Flow with Julie (8 classes, Jan/Feb 2018)

In this accessible Flow class, we will move with our breath through a range of yoga postures in order to build strength and flexibility while slowing down our busy minds. In each class we will work with a theme or idea, and take time out for meditation, drawing, or journaling in order to reflect on that theme with our minds and our bodies. We’ll move dynamically with our breath and possibly explore some challenging postures, but modifications will always be given so you have choices in terms of how far you want to go in the class. We will also take time out to be in stillness, rest and relax so we can hit pause on whatever’s going on in your day.

This is an appropriate Flow class for all levels. Pregnant students are welcome if they already have a yoga practice.

Thursdays, 12:00-1:00pm

8 classes, January 11th-March 1st. $128+tax before December 24th.

Late registration (after December 24th) $144+tax

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class).

Julie Peters, MA, E-RYT 500, has been practising yoga for over 20 years. While it's certainly physically helpful, she has found its true secrets are in the tools it provides to help us live better lives.
