Baby and Me Yoga with Alex (7 classes, Jan/Feb 2018)

Bring your baby to Yoga. Move, breathe, release stress, and realign your body from all that repetitive baby holding you do. Regain core strength and release lower back, shoulder and neck tension all while connecting with other awesome parents in the neighborhood. It's not only a pleasurable experience, it will also help you get out of the house and get moving again.This class involves gentle movement, core work, a bit of restorative relaxation, and a bit of kids yoga to keep the babes entertained and give you a chance to rest. For moms and/or dads. Babies are welcome up to age three.

Tuesdays, 12:00-1:15pm

7 classes, January 9th-February 27th. No class February 13th.

$119+tax before December 21st

Late registration (after December 21st) $133+tax

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend for class (space permitting; please enroll online before class).

Alex is delighted to share many baby secrets with you-- she is called the baby whisperer! She is a certified Yoga (RYT) and Pilates teacher trained in prenatal and post-natal yoga, and is a registered children's yoga teacher (RCYT). She also studied child psychology in college and has worked for the Vancouver School Board, teaching children's yoga, since 2008.
