Moon Meditation Audio Course: A 16 Night Ritual for Desire, Heartbreak, and Connection

In this course, you will be guided through 16 nightly meditations and writing prompts to help you go deep into what you truly desire, how you are connecting with the loved ones in your life, and how to let your heartbreak become a part of your strength and resilience. Each meditation will introduce you to the goddess who presides over that particular phase of the moon, including the Goddess of Loneliness, the Goddess of Vulnerability, the Goddess of Breakups, the Goddess of Playfulness, and more.

These 16 meditations can be done within any moon cycle, but this year, a new moon falls on December 17th, just a few days before the darkest night of the year. The moon waxes, becoming brighter until the full moon hits on January 1st, the first day of a brand new year. Let this simple guided ritual help you process what’s been happening over the last year, let go of what’s no longer needed, and think about what you truly want for the fresh start of a new cycle in 2018.

This course is inspired by and complementary to the book Secrets of the Eternal Moon Phase Goddesses: Meditations on Desire, Relationships, and the Art of Being Broken by Julie Peters (SkyLight Paths 2016). Those that have read it may enjoy returning to the concepts in the book and enhancing their relationship with these goddess figures. Those that have not may like to read it for more information, but it’s not necessary.
