Yoga for Menstruation Audio Class

A gentle 25-minute audio class with a focus on gently opening the hips and soothing the back pain that can arise with menstruation.

These classes require some familiarity with yoga as there are no visuals to attend the instructions. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during these classes. Check with your health provider before you start a yoga practice and do not do anything that hurts or feels wrong.
