Stretch and Fascial Release with Alex Hughes (7 classes, Jan-Feb 2019)
This class is designed for people who are looking for more mobility and freedom in their bodies in day to day life. We will learn more about ourselves by exploring the inner landscapes of the body. We will work with mindfully held postures and will also release the connective tissue and muscles through stretching and self massage with various tools including the dowel and different sized balls.
Alex has plenty of experience working with various body types and figuring out how to help whatever may be out of balance. With a short check-in at the beginning, each class will be tailored to what the students need that day. All bodies and levels are welcome.
Sundays, 4:00-5:15pm
7 classes, Jan 6th-Feb 24th. No class Feb 17th. $119+tax (before Jan 3rd).

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class). You may make up two missed classes within your session (space permitting).

Alexandra Hughes is a registered Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 10 years of teaching and 18 years of practicing. She specializes in Yin, Restorative, and Fascial Release.
Refunds may be issued with a $10 processing fee before Jan 3rd. No refunds will be issued after Jan 3rd.
