Myth and Movement: Flow Yoga with Stephanie Trembath (7 classes, Sept-Oct 2019)

This progressive series will focus on strengthening and stretching specific areas of the body to build toward a peak pose. We will explore standing, balancing, weight bearing on the hands, and some inversions. Each class will be themed around one of the Hindu deities, complete with the mantra and myth related to one of the Gods or Goddesses in the Hindu Pantheon. All levels welcome and encouraged.


Sundays, 10:15-11:30am.

7 classes, Sept 8th-Oct 27th. No class Oct 13th. $119+tax before Sept 3rd, $136+tax after.

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class). You may make up two missed classes within your session (space permitting).

*Please note that if you have enrolled in a class and are not present five minutes before the class, we may give your spot away.

Stephanie took her 200-hour YTT under the direction and care of her teachers,Clara Roberts-Oss and Carolyn Anne Budgell. She had the pleasure of practicing with Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2018 where she studied the tenets of Jivamukti Yoga. She holds a 40-hour Vinyasa Certification where she studied Shiva Rae’s wave theory and advanced sequencing. Stephanie’s classes are sultry, creative, and thoughtful. She includes mantra, meditation, pranayama, and music, to bring of her favourite parts of the practice into her classes.


Refunds may be issued with a $10 processing fee before Sept 3rd, 2019. No refunds will be issued after Sept 3rd, 2019.
