Gentle Yin with Haley (8 classes, Sept-Oct 2019)

This class is designed to step into the deeper layers of your body through supportive, healing, long held postures. This is a way to calm the body, slow down the mind and access a deep softness within. As we take time to absorb each pose, we restore the body and mind, coming out feeling calmer and more at ease. This class will often be assisted through hands on touch to support a deeper level of experience. All levels welcome.

Haley has been dedicated to movement since she was a young child. From moving freely and intuitively with her siblings in their family home to moving with precision and dedication in competitive dance on stage, the practice has laid a deep foundation within her bones. Mindful movement became a part of her daily life in 2008 while she studied for her B.A. at the University of Victoria. Since then she has trained in hatha, moksha, vinyasa, yin, trauma sensitive yoga and thai massage. As a teacher she guides from a collection of all of her trainings, holding space with warmth, respect and knowledge.

Refunds may be issued with a $10 processing fee before Sept 3rd. No refunds will be issued after Sept 3rd.
