Refine and Relax: Meditative Flow with Nicole LeClair (8 classes, Nov-Dec 2019)

Immerse yourself in nourishing movement to release and relax. Expect to refine your technique, strengthen and stretch, while diving into meditative breath to cultivate calm. Opening with creative movement, we gradually unwind into stillness, guiding you through a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery. Each class incorporates a unique theme to inspire curiosity, reflection and a deeper connection to our own body and mind. Expect some downward dogs, standing postures, balancing, core work, backbends, and more, with modifications for all levels. Beginners are welcome.

*Registration for the full class comes with one Bonus Class that may be used before the end of the session for any other class on the schedule that allows drop-ins or to bring a friend to class (space permitting; please enroll online before class). You may make up two missed classes within your session (space permitting).

*Please note that if you have enrolled in a class and are not present five minutes before the class, we may give your spot away.

Nicole’s background in Kinesiology informs her emphasis on alignment, accessibility and injury prevention. Her yoga studies began in Deep Meditation with Nathalie Keiller, then she studied Yin Yoga with Jolene Bayda and Therapeutic Restorative Yoga with Tianne Allen. Nicole also prioritizes the body’s need for dynamic movement; she studied wave theory with Clara Roberts-Oss.


Trained in many styles of dance and theatre, she combines creative movement with the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness. Her classes focus on meditation and breath as a tool to release the body’s habitual stress patterns. Nicole encourages developing the awareness to your own unique body’s needs and honoring them. Her teachings aim to heal the body and mind. You will leave her classes feeling restored and refreshed.
