Downloadable Vinyasa Flow with Julie

Get flowing with your breath in this one-hour, all-levels class. We will build heat, get some breath moving through the body, and play with a range of postures, including standing, balancing, backbends, forward folds, and some weight-bearing on the arms (including downward dog and vinyasas). Modifications will be offered for a range of levels and bodies including pregnancy.

This class is online, so check with your health practitioner before you start class to ensure it's safe for you to do so. Do not push yourself or do anything that causes pain. We are not liable for any injuries acquired during this class.

Optional props: two blocks, a strap, a cushion to sit on, and whatever you like for Savasana.

Julie Peters (E-RYT 500) is the co-owner of Ocean and Crow Yoga Studio and has been teaching for over a decade. She is trained in Hatha, Restorative, Yin, trauma-sensitive yoga, pre-and post-natal.
